EUFA conference league final ballot
(I am in the ballot for final tickets as I don't have anything like enough pts to get any through the club. In the unlikely event I was to be lucky I would only be buying two. My understanding is if you win the ballot you get an option to buy four?

So if the stars align and we are in the final and I won the ballot I will offer the other two tickets posters in here. All I ask is the person who would buy them is also in the ballot and in the same position and would reciprocate by buying 2 extra for me.

In fact it would be good if everyone in the ballot who didn't need all four (perhaps I am the only billy no mates in this situation) could do the same and keep as many tickets amongst the fans as possible.

If this doesn't get splatted before you can do it on 11th when we lose 3-0 with Rice out of the second leg for red card.

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
A total of 13,000 tickets out of 18,000 (the stadium's capacity for the final) are available for fans and the general public to purchase. The two teams that reach the final will receive 5,000 each, while the remaining tickets were offered for sale to fans worldwide via UEFA.com.

So if I'm right, then from the 18,000
-5,000 for UEFA's greedy mits
-10,000 for the two teams tickets
=3,000 left

I reckon a small % of those will go to the ballot and that will become a smaller % as you've chosen from 1 of the 4 categories. Forget about being put in the ballot for the other categories if you clicked that box. They'll be ample demand in all of them.

So all in all a very tiny chance. I wish everyone luck who's in it. I'll happily go as their +1.

I did it for the hell of it as I was already registered and it only took two mins, but the chances of getting tickets are practically zero I'm afraid.

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
The way things are panning out the odds on getting tickets are only marginally longer than our odds on being there so I wouldn't get too stressed

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
I appreciate the odds of both us reaching the final and any of us winning the ballot are small. But many of us would have entered the ballot so there is a good chance at least few of us will be lucky. So doesn't hurt to have a thread for any winners who only need two for themselves to pass on the opportunity of exercising the option of buying four so to pass the other two on to other fans.

The odds may be remote, but remain better than not entering
I've also lodged interest with a couple of 'hospitality' vultures, utter vermin that they are, one of whom has offered a couple for a kings ransom - I'll pause on those for now

Impossible odds, but someone has to win them.

Although I hope it's not Wils for saying 'EUFA' ;)

I know quite a few who won last year-though it was a bigger stadium.

Mr Trundle, the majority of those 5000 EUFA tickets will be eventually picked up by supporters, just a lot of people receiving brown envelopes as the tickets are moved on.

If you ticked the "I'll take a ticket regardless of who's in the final" option then yes you'll find out today.

If you ticked the "only if my team qualifies" then you find out after the second leg.

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
I haven't heard anything yet, presume you only hear if you win it. I ticked only if my team qualifies so maybe have to wait until next Friday:

Websites not very clear about when should have heard by....

"How and when will I be notified of the result of the lottery?
Applicants will start receiving email notifications about the outcome of the lottery as of 8 May 2023 (note that email notifications are not sent to all applicants at once).

Successful applicants will receive an email with a link to buy tickets for UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2023. To secure the tickets, they will need to complete their purchase within the given deadline.

After the Semi Final matches, another lottery will be run among those who decided to apply only if their team qualifies for the final."

Email notification said 9th May:

"Applicants will start receiving email notifications with the outcome of the lottery as of 9 May 2023. Given it's UEFA they've probably already been bribed to give 4,999 of the tickets direct to touts.

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
Daily Mail article suggesting that from next season it will be 30,000 min capacity.

Also the implication of the article that "more general sale tickets will be given to West Ham if they qualify" could mean they actually won't allocate any tickets until after the semis. If they allocate "neutral" seats now then how can they allocate them again after the semi result?

Always the most likely outcome, I know, but still heartbreaking nonetheless.

Hopefully some of you had better luck.

Heartbreaking? Most likely? Haha, you'd have more chance of winning the lottery, you had zero chance.

Re: EUFA conference league final ballot
A twitter search shows literally zero people being successful. I'm hoping this means they're going to increase allocations of clubs and decrease the numbers on general sale.
